What kind of products do you carry?
We focus on core hand tools — hammers, knives, pliers, and wrenches — chosen against the same standard we've used on our own carpentry and handyman jobs across Jackson Hole.
Where are you located?
We're based in Jackson, Wyoming, and available to customers seven days a week.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 5–6 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $50 or more. Orders below that threshold ship for a flat rate at checkout.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition, with no restocking fees. We cover return shipping on damaged or incorrect items; the customer covers return shipping for preference-based returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — email us at contact@tautwood.com with your order number and we'll help arrange a replacement, based on current stock.

All major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
What makes your skinning knives different from a general utility knife?
Our skinning knives are built with edge geometry and blade steel suited for repeated, demanding cuts, rather than the general-purpose design of a standard utility knife. Product pages note the intended use for each blade.
